Francine is a veteran in the Hudson Valley hair world and brings 25 years of experience and training with brands that include Bumble and Bumble, Paul Mitchel, Rusk and of course AVEDA. Now retired from behind the chair she divides her time between her online education platform, Elite Salon Leadership, and supporting and training the talented LUX stylists. You will find her fluttering around offering advice, education and encouragement to both staff and clients. This is her home, her happy place and everyone is her guest!
